Episomal iPSC Reprogramming Kit 是一种高效的非基因插入整合型重编程系统,可将体细胞重编程为诱导多能干细胞(Induced pluripotent stem cells, iPSCs)。其利用多能性因子Oct4、 Sox2、 Klf4、 c-Myc 的非整合型质粒载体诱导体细胞生成无外源基因插入整合的 iPSCs,对于重编程难度较大的悬浮细胞,此系统重编程效率较高,如外周血单个核细胞(Peripheralblood mononuclear cells, PBMCs)。
由于 Episomal iPSC Reprogramming Kit 重编程效率高、实验取材方便(5—10ml 外周血)、操作简单,并且无外源基因插入整合等优点, 适合用于 iPSCs 疾病模型的建立、药物开发、细胞治疗以及其它再生医学研究领域。

注意:人胚胎干细胞(hES)或诱导多能干细胞(hiPS)在无滋养层细胞培养条件下培养换液时,请将新鲜的培养液沿培养容器壁缓慢添加,避免液体的冲击力将贴壁的细胞吹起脱离培养皿。
