Overview
The MidiMACS™ Separator allows the performance of cell separations in combination with LS Columns, LD Columns, or Whole Blood Columns:

LS Columns for positive selection or depletion
LD Columns for depletion
Whole Blood Columns for positive selection of cells directly from whole blood
Up to three MidiMACS Separators can be attached to a MultiStand.

The MidiMACS™ Separator contains a powerful permanent magnet that induces a high-gradient magnetic field within MACS® Columns – a field strong enough to retain cells labeled with even small amounts of MACS MicroBeads.
