Description: The Human Hematopoietic Lineage eFluor™ 450 Cocktail contains eFluor™ 450-conjugated antibodies that can be used to identify, enrich and/or deplete cells committed to the T, B, NK, myeloid and erythroid lineages based on their expression of cell surface antigens.

This cocktail contains the following antibodies:

Anti-Human CD2 (RPA-2.10) eFluor™ 450

Anti-Human CD3 (OKT3) eFluor™ 450

Anti-Human CD14 (61D3) eFluor™ 450

Anti-Human CD16 (CB16) eFluor™ 450

Anti-Human CD19 (HIB19) eFluor™ 450

Anti-Human CD56 (TULY56) eFluor™ 450

Anti-Human CD235a (HIR2) eFluor™ 450

Applications Reported: Human Hematopoietic Lineage eFluor™ 450 Cocktail has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested: Human Hematopoietic Lineage eFluor™ 450 Cocktail has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at 20 µL per test. A test is defined as the amount of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test.

eFluor™ 450 is an alternative to Pacific Blue™. eFluor™ 450 emits at 445 nm and is excited with the Violet laser (405 nm). Please make sure that your instrument is capable of detecting this fluorochome.
